{"id":568,"date":"2026-10-06T15:33:46","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T15:33:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staginglab.us\/clarkwf\/?post_type=news-and-events&#038;p=568"},"modified":"2026-10-06T15:33:46","modified_gmt":"2026-10-06T15:33:46","slug":"umc-hospital-autoclave-install","status":"publish","type":"news-and-events","link":"https:\/\/staginglab.us\/clarkwf\/news-and-events\/umc-hospital-autoclave-install\/","title":{"rendered":"UMC Hospital Autoclave Install"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Demoed existing autoclave, supplied new autoclave and tipper, supplied material to\u00a0run new feedwater line, and made all necessary connections.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0system includes the AS515 ASME Rated Medical Waste\u00a0Autoclave, with an odor control system, a single door, and high volume\u00a0aluminum autoclave carts.<\/p>\n<p>The model AS515 is rated at up to 1,200lbs per\u00a0cycle\u00a0with waste based at 150lbs per cubic yard, with all carts being fully\u00a0loaded or \u201cheaped\u201d when loaded into the sterilizer. Additionally, we provided our service manager for a complete day of startup and training. We included additional door gaskets and two rolls of cart liners. (6) Carts\u00a0\u00a048&#8243;x60&#8243;x36&#8243;. Provided new tipper that is custom made to tip the larger bins at the facility and the carts for the autoclave.<\/p>\n<p>With this autoclave, there is remote troubleshooting capability, and has a 12&#8243; PLC touchscreen controller. Removed steel platform, saw cut existing concrete, re-located power for tipper and compactor in concrete, and re-poured and finished. Extended loading dock with concrete to the footprint of the steel platform.
