1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TattooScan (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use TattooScan.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up as an Enthusiast or Artist.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the tattoo photos, stories, memories, and other content you upload (“User Content”).
• By posting User Content, you grant TattooScan a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it within the App, solely to provide and improve the service, and consistent with your chosen privacy settings.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share your User Content, including any tattoo artwork.

5. Artist Profiles & Public Content

Artists who create a Public Tattoo Feed, Portfolio, or Studio Listing agree that this content will be publicly visible and searchable within the App and may be used for promotional purposes related to TattooScan.

6. In-App Chat & Community Conduct

Users agree to communicate respectfully through in-app chat and community features. TattooScan prohibits harassment, spam, impersonation, and posting of unlawful, infringing, or offensive content. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the Enthusiast or Artist waitlist does not guarantee access to the App. TattooScan may grant access in phases and reserves the right to modify features prior to full launch.

8. Intellectual Property

The TattooScan name, logo, App design, and underlying technology are the property of TattooScan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. This does not apply to your own User Content.

9. Third-Party Links & Events

References to expos, conventions, or events are provided for informational purposes. TattooScan is not responsible for the conduct, safety, or accuracy of third-party events or listings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TattooScan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TattooScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
